Zodiac Aerospace is an industry leader in the creation of high specification aircraft seating and integrated cabin furniture, supplying to the world’s major airlines and OEMs.

Project

Following the strategic relocation of its seating spare parts warehouse from Cwmbran to a facility close to Heathrow airport, our logistics consultants were appointed to work alongside Zodiac’s senior management team and conduct a supply chain review to explore further opportunities to improve the delivery of aftermarket parts to customers.

Solution

After identifying a range of improvement measures we assisted the management team in the implementation of these changes. A Davies & Robson Manager was also appointed to co-ordinate the strategic and operational purchasing transition project.
