Scott is a highly experienced logistics and operations leader specialising in the rapid stabilisation, turnaround and improvement of complex warehousing, transport and service operations. He is typically engaged to fix underperforming environments, lead discrete improvement programmes, or deliver time-bound operational projects where pace, credibility and hands-on leadership are critical. Scott combines deep operational knowledge with a pragmatic, shop-floor-led approach, delivering measurable improvements in service, productivity, safety and cost across multi-site distribution and service networks.
He is particularly effective in situations where accountability has been unclear, processes are immature, or performance has drifted — quickly establishing control through clear operating rhythms, data-driven prioritisation and engaged frontline leadership.

Recent Project-Based Experience
Most recently, Scott was engaged by the UK subsidiary of a $bn Taiwanese fitness business to take ownership of an under-structured UK operation covering a central DC, multiple service centres and third-party installation partners. As Operations Director, he delivered a series of rapid-impact improvement projects including lifting parts availability from 35% to 98% through ABC stock profiling and replenishment redesign; improving Time-to-Repair from 47% to over 93% within six months; and restoring safety, yard and warehouse control through SOP, SSOW and Kaizen-led interventions.
He also led a full RFQ and reset of third-party service provision, turning a loss-making delivery and installation operation into profit, while materially improving service consistency and cost transparency. Additional projects included reducing container yard congestion (44 to 9 units), removing unnecessary third-party storage, and driving tangible energy, waste and cost reductions — delivering over £1m in annualised savings.
Large-Scale Operational Experience
Scott spent over a decade in senior operational roles within the Car Parts sector, leading large-scale logistics operations across the UK and ROI. His experience spans managing up to 1,300 FTE, multiple national and rapid-fulfilment DCs, semi-automated facilities, and high-volume ecommerce and branch distribution models. Across these environments he consistently led defined improvement programmes delivering multi-million-pound cost savings, double-digit productivity gains, service recovery to 99.5%+, and sustained reductions in accidents and lost-time injuries.
Scott remains highly operational in style — comfortable leading from the floor, coaching site leaders, and personally driving project execution through to benefit realisation. This makes him particularly well-suited to interim logistics roles requiring visible leadership, rapid results and disciplined delivery.
