Tim is an experienced logistics project manager and business transformation specialist with a strong track record delivering operational change programmes across complex supply chain and distribution environments. He specialises in managing multi-site operational improvements, systems implementations and network change programmes, combining strong stakeholder management with hands-on delivery to ensure projects land successfully within live logistics operations.

He is particularly effective in complex, multi-stakeholder environments where operational change, systems implementation and infrastructure delivery must be carefully coordinated to minimise disruption while delivering measurable operational improvements.

DHL Service Logistics – Project Implementation Manager

Tim leads multiple concurrent customer and internal transformation projects across DHL’s global service logistics network. His work includes managing a major WMS platform migration across 22 sites in 8 countries, coordinating multiple implementation waves while maintaining operational continuity.

He has also led complex operational change initiatives including the insourcing of three warehouses from a 4PL provider, managing both internal teams and multiple external vendors. In addition, he delivered the regional rollout of a multi-factor authentication security platform affecting over 2,000 users across 320 warehouses in 56 countries, and led the development of compliant logistics processes to support the Windsor Protocol, including the design and implementation of bespoke IT and operational solutions for customers shipping between Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Prior Experience

Alongside his current role, Tim has delivered a wide range of interim project management and consulting assignments through Davies & Robson, supporting clients across logistics, parcel and retail supply chains. Notable programmes include the delivery of two new automated tray-washing facilities for Euro Pool System to support ALDI UK, managing the design, build and operational start-up within a compressed six-month programme while controlling change and budget across a £5m investment.

He has also delivered large-scale operational improvement programmes within Evri (Hermes), coordinating network-wide process standardisation, depot enhancements and the rollout of new SOP training across 25 depots. Across his career, Tim has consistently operated in complex logistics environments requiring strong stakeholder alignment, programme control and hands-on leadership to deliver operational change successfully.
